[kpat] [Bug 363726] Kpat crashes while asking for a "new ricycle of a game" (F5 like) via the menu button

When trying subsequently to open the game, the app states: error in opening the
xml file. 

Then it opens but the respective game is not recovered any more. Statistics
stay clean and to not count for a lost game.
