Upgrade to Fedora 32 (I didn't do a fresh install) OBSERVED RESULT No module appears on the panel Gtk application (Thunderbird, Google Chrome) use wrong font size SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 32 (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.4/5 KDE Frameworks Version: Qt Version: 5.13.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Downgrading this very module (kde-gtk-config) to 5.17.5 solves the issue.
