SUMMARY
plasma-shell crashes when trying to move or delete a desktop shortcut.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a desktop shortcut from the panel menu
2. Grab the desktop icon and try to move it anywhere else on the desktop or try
to delete it.
OBSERVED RESULT
plasma-shell crashes and sometimes comes back and sometimes doesn't. It also
creates this message in dmesg:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It doesn't crash with all desktop shortcuts for a weird reason. A shortcut of
Kate f.e. won't let it crash, while Lutris or Spotify will let it crash.
