Window decorations after sleep

SUMMARY
For some applications, the Window decorations aren't responsive/redrawn after
waking from sleep. Mousing over the close, minimize, maximize will not highlight
them, and resizing the window just stretches the title bar.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Put computer to sleep
2. Wake computer from sleep
3. Resize application window or mouse over the title bar buttons

OBSERVED RESULT
Title bar just stretches and buttons don't react to mouse over. Attached
screenshot - Telegram and Spectacle are shown incorrectly and have not
refreshed - KInfocenter was opened to show how it should look. (Blurred private
information)

EXPECTED RESULT
Title bar is redrawn correctly, and buttons highlight on mouse over.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.69.0
Qt Version: 5.14.2
Kernel Version: 5.6.11-arch1-1
OS Type: 64-bit

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The buttons seem functional still, can still minimize/maximize/close.
