Hi
I have a ARM board ( a ODROID C1 ) and neither solid-hardware list nor
Solid::Device::listFromType(Solid::DeviceInterface::Processor) list the
processors on the device.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Call solid-hardware list
2. Check for CPU entries


Actual Results:  
No CPU's detected

Expected Results:  
CPU's are detected
