SUMMARY
Multiple panels are not being updated (task bar / clock etc).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start KDE
2. After some time panels are not updated (like clock which is hours out of
date)
Sorry I can't provide more information. I don't see any crashes. The UI simply
doesn't seem to be repainting.
OBSERVED RESULT
Task bar and other UI panels aren't updated.
EXPECTED RESULT
Panels like the clock would be updated

Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu
