SUMMARY
After in-place upgrade from 19.12.3 to 20.04 and opening a project the
scrollbars on bottom and right of the timelime are missing.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. upgrade to 20.04
2. start up
3. scrolbars missing - slider and CTL -- /++ at the bottom works normal
OBSERVED RESULT
unable to scroll to timeline or track outside the window without re-sizing or
closing tracks
regardless color theme or Breeze Icon forced or not.
EXPECTED RESULT
scroll bars to scroll through the timeline and tracks

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
check documentation I could not find any setting to get the scroll bars back or
reset did not help.
I am new to KDENLIVE, therefore it could be that I missed something.
