SUMMARY
There's a pop-up that says "An older item exists" when it doesn't exist at all.
 In fact it 
For example, I'm moving a folder in ~/Downloads/iTunes/Music to ~/Music, and
that will pop-up.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Copy a folder from dir1
2. Paste to dir2

OBSERVED RESULT
Pop-up that says "An older item exists", and will ask me to rename the folder

EXPECTED RESULT
Folder should be able to copy like normal
