Hi,
Unfortunately this is a snapcraft issue, that I cannot fix.
The error message says that the available snap package only is compatible with
PC and not armhf, so just not compatible with Raspberry PI.
I would imagine that the debian based Raspbian distribution contains the
skanlite application in the repository, so a simple
sudo apt install skanlite
should be enough...
