But first, how did you change the scale factor? I hope you used the scaling system in the Display Configuration page rather than increasing the font size of the fonts DPI. The system presented in the Display Configuration page is the recommended way to do this. I also notice you're using Debian stable so you're using software that's more than a year out of date.
