SUMMARY
PageUp/PageDown move the cursor by default. The Kate documentation for the
"PageUp/PageDown moves cursor" setting says that by default the cursor is not
moved.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. press PageDown regardless of the "PageUp/PageDown moves cursor" setting
OBSERVED RESULT
the cursor moves
EXPECTED RESULT
No scrolling if setting is not checked
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
ubuntu 18.04 with MATE Desktop 1.20.1
other asked for info not available in MATE about menu item
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If there is resistance to changing the default behavior, the setting could be
changed to disable the cursor moving.
