SUMMARY
Session restore launches applications second time if they are already added to
auto-start.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Yakuake, add it to auto-start.
2. In Desktop Session set "Restore previous session on login".
3. Log/out and login.
OBSERVED RESULT
Yakuake window is visible after login.
EXPECTED RESULT
Yakuake window isn't visible because it starts hidden. Like with option
"Desktop Session / Start with empty session".

Can be reproduced with other applications that start minimized in tray (Skype,
Telegram, etc)
