STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. type `kate` in shell.
OBSERVED RESULT
Hspell: can't open /usr/share/hspell/hebrew.wgz.sizes.
sonnet.plugins.hspell: HSpellDict::HSpellDict: Init failed
EXPECTED RESULT
Should not have err at all.
