On Breeze Dark the selected tool is hardly visible, as its background changes
to mid-gray on a dark-gray panel.
The problem is both about saying which tool was selected and also if
accidentally none tool was selected.
Especially on my screen I can hardly see it in the sun.
Let's make a test: Please tell me which tool I selected in the screenshot. ;)
