2 columns accidental folder view

SUMMARY
When opening a folder view popup of a folder with more than 6 items, thus
requiring a scrollbar, the content is reduced from 3 to 2 columns. See
screenshot.
I tried this with different plasma themes and fonts. This example is done with
default plasma theme and Liberation Sans 11 font. The same happens with Noto
Sans 10.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a folder on your desktop with more than 6 items in it or place a
Folder View containing some folder with more than 6 items in it
2. Click on the Arrow Up icon on that folder to open a popup

OBSERVED RESULT
The items are placed on two columns instead of three when there's also a
scrollbar.

EXPECTED RESULT
The popup should contain tree columns of items even when there's a scrollbar in
it.
