STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. play a video with Information Panel
2. while Information Panel plays the video, hover over another one
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
video area of Information Panel is resized and we can see duplicated video
preview during a few milliseconds. Watch the attached screen recording and see
the frame captured from it showing the exact moment of the glitch please.
EXPECTED RESULT
no glitch should be noticeable
