STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin in French (e.g. env LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8 dolphin or in Help →
Switch Application Language)
2. Configurer Dolphin (Configure Dolphin) → Services
OBSERVED RESULT
Étiquette is sorted at the end.
EXPECTED RESULT
Étiquette is sorted between E and F (between «Démarrer un diaporama» and
«Installer…» in my case).
