Please try to get a crash log for us, here's the instruction:

(you may need to install or enable development features first).
You can also try resetting the configuration:
https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration and if it
doesn't work, go to Configure Krita -> Display and disable Canvas Graphics
Acceleration.
