SUMMARY
Printing with the KMM AppImage doesn't work
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start current stable AppImage KMM build (KMyMoney-5.0.8-569a3ed-x86_64)
2. Select a report (for example, Net Worth Today or Assets & Liabilities screen
on Home page)
3. Select Print command, select a physical printer or Print to File (PDF) in
the Linux Mint printer dialog box and execute Print command
OBSERVED RESULT
A single blank page (either physical or PDF)
EXPECTED RESULT
The data that's shown in KMM

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I tried another AppImage (GVim-v8.2.0535.glibc2.15-x86_64) and printing to a
physical printer works correctly (it didn't show a PDF option)
I can workaround the problem by exporting the KMM report to an HTML file
