Issue of titler should be solved.
Please try with the nightly build

Play lag:
- on bottom left of the monitor reduce playback resolution.
- Hit CTRL+SHIFT+, (comma) -> Playback -> Audio backend -> play around with
WinMM, Wasapi, DirectSound to see what give the best performance.
