I don't think this should be closed.
I filed separate bugs already, but this shows a more general pattern. As
settings get polished, more and more options are missing.
For example, not being able to change the "week starts with" in calendar
widget.
That is how Time&Date settings used to look like (many options):

This is a clear example of why simple and advanced more should be introduced.
