            Bug ID: 419671
Summary: Bad behavior to regroup windows
           Product: plasmashell
           Version: 5.18.4
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Task Manager
          Assignee: h...@kde.org
          Reporter: william.opra...@gmail.com
                CC: plasma-b...@kde.org
  Target Milestone: 1.0

The task manager seems to regroup different windows of the same program if you
just enable it even if it configured to regroup only if full.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Check if the task manager is configured to regroup same windows ONLY if it's
full (default on Neon).
2. Open two windows of the same program
3. The buttons aren't regrouped (good behavior)
4. Right-click on a task > More actions > Authorize to be regrouped (disable
and re-enable)

OBSERVED RESULT

The icons are now regrouped despite the task manager is still not full

EXPECTED RESULT

The icons are not regrouped (nothing should change)
