Back in r1560345 Luigi Toscano backported translations from trunk to stable.
The translation of "Fetching updates..." is among them.
However, the translations were marked fuzzy and thus didn't make it. I now
unfuzzed those strings. They should be there in the next released version.
The translations are not complete though. So there will be other untranslated
strings until someone finds the time to finish them.
