SUMMARY
I received this message as I tried to launch Dolphin using Cinnamon desktop:
"There are two actions (New Tab, New Tab) that want to use the same shortcut
(Ctrl+T). This is most probably a bug. Please report it in bugs.kde.org"
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I failed to include the desktop Cinnamon as I installed the Debian Buster.
2. Then after, I installed Cinnamon by using the command line
3. "sudo apt install -y task-cinnamon-desktop"
4. Launching Dolphin created the above error message
