This usually get solved "automatically" when you reset your huion driver's
configuration or reinstall the huion driver. You might also try to reset
Krita's settings (see
https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration).
Please give that a try first: this is really unlikely to be an actual bug in
Krita's tablet handling code.
