The same steps: PC reboot triggers the wider desktop space than screen size is and scroll bar appears, but I have only 9 icons on the whole desktop. Desktop became wider by 2 columns of icon position. Now screenshots attached. As you can see there is no any icons in the right side which became wider. Repairing is again the same: 1. Focus to desktop. 2. Ctrl+A. 3. Move all selected icons to the right of the screen by 2 columns. Release mouse.
