So I have the same version of KDevelop.
I don't know how you reached it (Bookmark view), but I checked Plugins to find
any related and wasn't able to find such. I attach 2 screen shots for "code
mode" and "debug mode". Your list seems to be richer with options.

I hope someone, someday will fix it, because would be very usable, In my
opinion.
