OBSERVED RESULT
Since I updated to 5.18.3 Discover starts automatically during login process
and starts searching for updates. While doing this it halts loading plasma so I
have only a black screen with a single Discover window. I double checked that
it is not listed amongst the automatically started processes in system
settings.
EXPECTED RESULT
Discover should check for updates using its daemon (without opening a window)
after loading plasma.
