SUMMARY
If I go to global shortcuts, add launch kcalc and set it to launch with a key
as global, it will not launch it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch KDE Settings
2. Go to Global Shortcuts
3. Add under Application Launchers Launch Kcalc
4. Set key to launch globally
OBSERVED RESULT
KCalc does not open when shortcut is done
EXPECTED RESULT
KCalc should open when shortcut is done
