Using a Wacom Cintiq 12wx as the second monitor
In the NVIDIA Control panel, if you select "Adjust desktop size and position"
then select the wacom monitor, if you tick the "Override the scaling mode set
by games and programs"
for a couple of seconds, the cursor is correctly positioned until for some
unknown reason, that option becomes un-ticked and you get the offset when the
pen is over the canvas again
