SUMMARY
Watch the attached screen recording and observe the window title while I switch
between Kwin Scripts and Task Switcher kcms. We can see "*" during a few
milliseconds. The same behavior occurs when I switch between Icons and
Emoticons KCMs or between Proxy and SSL Preferences KCMs.
EXPECTED RESULT
"*" should never appear in the window decoration while we switch between KCMs.
