If the comics manager docker normally used to open, did you made any changes to
your computer or your krita configuration/settings before this problem started
to happen?
If you select the Default workspace, from the drop down list at the right side
of the Toolbar, does the comics manager docker appear if you then enable it in
Settings -> Dockers -> Comics Manger?
Can you attach a full screen screenshot (.png) of the entire window after you
try this?
