For working with the umbrello source code it would be helpful to have the
umbrello API documentation in Qt help format so that it can be used in Qt
Creator or KDevelop.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. inspect development package for umbrello
OBSERVED RESULT
There is no umbrello.qch file providing the umbrello api documentation in Qt
Help format
EXPECTED RESULT
There should be a umbrello.qch file in the development package
