This sort of thing is always a bug in the tablet driver, even if other
applications don't show the same thing. And XP-Pen is known to be particularly
awful when it comes to the drivers.
Your screenshot shows that you're using windows: please try to switch between
wintab and windows ink in Krita's settings to see whether the other driver api
works better for your system.
