Anyway, I have finally found version 2.3.0 of libqca-qt5-2 in https://origin.archive.neon.kde.org/user/pool/main/q/qca2/ Now I have realized that compiling and installing libqca-qt5-2-2.3.0 didn't solve dependency problem on my system, instead Synaptic did by installing the updated deb package.
