I have found that I had my cursor set to "No Cursor" and outline shape set
to "Preview Outline". Under these settings I should not, of course, have
expected to see a cursor. However, as I am using "Freehand Brush Tool" 99%
of the time a circle usually shows where the brush is on the canvas. When
switching between documents as previously described this circle is not
shown until the stylus touches the tablet. This "problem" occurs whether an
operation is carried out or not between switching.
