Bug ID: 418252 Summary: Unify the appearance of the task manager buttons Product: plasmashell Version: 5.18.1 Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Task Manager Assignee: h...@kde.org Reporter: popov...@ukr.net CC: plasma-b...@kde.org Target Milestone: 1.0 SUMMARY After the release of KDE Frameworks 5.66, the appearance of the taskbar buttons was changed and now they don't look in the same style. For example, the hover button in all three states (minimized/normal/active) looks the same. Also, the background color for the minimized and pinned buttons is almost indistinguishable. Therefore, I'd like to propose to unify the appearance of the task manager buttons. The proposed appearance can be seen in the attachment. As for me, it looks more informative and elegant. It would also be very cool to be able to customize the appearance of the taskbar (some tweak tool, config file, etc.).
