Hello,
This bug was actually caused by the Ryzen 3000 RDRAND bug (which always
generate the same FFFFFFFFFF-FFFFF-FFFF-FFFFFFFFFFFFF UUID).
So not related to KDE at all, updating the BIOS was the fix!
