Anyone with Parkinson's Disease or essential tremor (similar effect to Parkinson's) does not have full control of motor action. So it doesn't take much to accidentally evoke customize layout and drag something or remove widgets. One right click, slight movement of mouse and left click, all of which can happen involuntarily.
