This is probably due to KFileMetadata's embeddedimagedata using a different
code path, which is a conceptual mistake I made when implementing it. This
should be fixed when https://phabricator.kde.org/D25517 and the series lands
and Elisa is ported. Your support would be appreciated for that since it is
currently stuck somewhat
