The Decision regarding what to install by default is up to the distro--in this
case Neon--not Discover.
However, let's find out whether or not it really is installed! :) If you click
on KCalc in that Discover list, is there a "Run" button in the top-right corner
of the window? If there is, and you click on it, what happens? if you run
`kcalc` in a terminal window, what happens?
