SUMMARY
I tried to install icons set from file and after click into "Install from File"
I got file dialog with squeezed first column (name).
Please note this bug happens in couple places in Plasma, like in Fonts -> Font
Management and others. I reported couple: #415331 (Dec 2019) and #416550 (Jan
2020).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open System Settings -> Icons
2. click "Install from File"

OBSERVED RESULT
File dialog with squeezed first column (file name)
EXPECTED RESULT
File dialog with visible first column (file name)
