STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set display scale to 125% in system settings > display and monitor
2. restart Plasma session
3. right click on notifications icon in systray, click on "Configure Event
Notifications and Actions..."
OBSERVED RESULT
"Show in notifications" checkbox has a glitch that disappears on mouseover.
