I don't agree with this. If I close the lid I indeed want my external monitor
to become the default and all windows to move there
If "When laptop lid closed" is set to "Do nothing" and "Even when an external
monitor is connected" is checked, then maybe it would be normal to not
reconfigure screens. But I think the connection between screen reconfiguration
and this settings would be not clear
