I can confirm this bug. Simply create a new project, add a single (color) clip
to it, drag the clip into the timeline, select it, try Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V ...
nothing happens. Alternatively, use the Copy and Paste Edit menu items, same
result ... well, nothing.
