STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open two windows of the same browser (tested with chromium and firefox)
2. play music or a video in both windows
3. click mute on one of the windows in task manager
OBSERVED RESULT
Both windows are muted
EXPECTED RESULT
Only the selected window is muted

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
"Sound playing" indicator/button is shown on all app windows if at least one of
them is playing sound. Which might be the cause/related to this issue.
