STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open "web shortcuts" kcm via apps launcher or krunner

OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in attached screenshot, horizontal scroll bar is activated and
"Preferred" column is hidden.
EXPECTED RESULT
"Preferred" column is visible on opening
