Looks suspiciously like finished is called twice.
Can someone who can reproduce this problem check if you get any warnings about
'finished' when you run this in a terminal and reproduce the bug:
`QT_LOGGING_RULES="kio_smb=true" KDE_FORK_SLAVES=1 dolphin --new-window smb://`
