I deactived the wallet subsystem, needed to log out for it to take effect. The nagging popups are gone \o/, which is great for me. I would suggest to enable the deactivation of wallet subsystem right in the popup so that the user would not have to install kwalletmanager, uncheck the box and deinstall it again.
