Sounds like Krita needs a function in a GPU driver that isn't implemented in
the driver. I'm afraid that there's nothing much we can do. We don't have any
Windows 7 system left, and since Microsoft has ended support for Windows 7,
we'll also have to end support for Windows 7.
I'm really sorry, but there are just two alternatives: you can either upgrade
to Windows 10 or Linux, or keep using Krita 3.0.
